I met Shaswata, Ajay, Ronak, Manorama, Roli and Prajakta in Vico Equense by the apartment they’ve rented. It was a pretty nice sunny day, late december.

We started the tour from there. I like taking small groups of friends around… they put me in a good mood. And so it was!
As soon as we left Equense, we became like friends and we started to have fun. The established itirerary was going trhough Meta di Sorrento, to reach Positano, Amalfi and Ravello.
We left Vico Equense, headed to the state road 145 (sorrentina), and when we stopped at Punta Scutolo we enjoyed the gorgeous view of the Sorrento bay, where the towns of Meta, Piano di Sorrento, Sant’Agnello and Sorrento are located. A nice backdrop for their pictures.

Our tour continued, after this photo stop, to Positano.
Along the way, once on by the amalfitan side of the peninsula, the stunning views of the Amalfi Coast welcomed us. Li Galli islands suddenly appear while driving through a switchback… you’ll never forget that view.

Once in Positano, our friends enjoyed their leisure time there, taking a walk through the town centre, doing some shopping and reaching the “spiaggia grande”. Oun our way to Amalfi, we stopped by a Limoncello factory, and they learned hot to make the famous liqueur of the Amalfi Coast. Then came the Grotta dello Smeraldo (Emerald Grotto), in Conca dei Marini.

This was a nice stop, where our friends had fun on a boat tour of the grotto.

In Amalfi, they enjoyed some other leisure time, before going up to Ravello, taking a nice walk through the pearl of the Amalfi Coast.
